Refunds and Returns
Q. What if I am not satisfied with my printed card design? Can I receive a refund?
A. We are very confident in our products and services however your complete satisfaction
is very important to us...you make us who we are! If you are not completely satisfied
with your order you can reorder a new card of your choice at a 10% discounted rate
within 5 business days of receipt...no questions asked. The new card order must
be within the same product category and quantity. Just email us at
[email protected] with the original order number, the reason you
are not satisfied and we will gladly issue you a coupon code to redeem the 10%.
Due to the complete personalization of our products we cannot accept returns for
a full refund.
Q. What if a mistake was made while printing my order?
A. If a mistake was made on our part during the printing process we will gladly
reprint the correct order at no cost to you or offer you a full refund, no questions
asked. Just return the original product back to us within 30 days and upon receipt
we will reprint and mail out or issue a full credit. Please email us at
[email protected] with the original order number, the mistake(s)
we made on your order and we will email you a shipping label that you can print
and affix to the return package. As an apology we will also include a coupon for
a 10% discount on your next order! Paper Be Happy reserves the right to deny refunds
and/or reprints if the mistake was on the original customer approved proof.
If the mistake was made on your part during the personalization process we are unable
to offer an exchange or a refund but understand that sometimes things are overlooked.
We can offer a reprint at a 10% discounted rate within 5 business days of receipt.

with the original order number, the mistake(s) with the corrected information and
your order number. We will revise the original file accordingly and send you a revised
proof within 24 hours. Once you approve the file you will then return to checkout
to process the order where you can enter your coupon code. We ask that you please
carefully review your proof before approving it. Once you approve it, this to us
means all the information is accurate and you are completely satisfied with your
card!
Q. Can I cancel an order that I placed online?
A. Due to the complete customization of our products once the order is submitted
it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. Most orders are processed within 4-5 business days, this does not include shipping
time which vary by selections.
Q. It's been over the time specified and I still haven't received my order,
what should I do?
A. After you have approved your proof please allow 4-5 business day to process your
order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped we will email you.You can login to
your account to track the status of your order or email us at
[email protected] with your order number and we will track the status
for you.
Q. What type of shipping do you offer?
A. We offer Ground Shipping and 3 Day Select via UPS. Please provide us with a street
address as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A. Although we cannot promise we do please email us at
[email protected] with this request and we will try our best
to accommodate such orders. Shipping rates and delivery times will depend on the
international location.
Product and Payment Information
Q. What happens after I place my order?
A. A designer will customize your order and email you a proof the following business
day. You will then submit your edits or approve the file for printing. After the
proof has been finalized it takes about 4-5 business days to process your order.
Q. What type of paper are the cards printed on?
A. Our cards are printed on the highest quality recycled and/or FSC certified papers.
We have various press quality paper finishes to choose from. . If you would like

Q. What method of printing do you use? photo quality.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. For residents within New Jersey there will be a sales tax charge of 7%. For all
other customers there will be no tax charges.
Q. Can I place a custom order?
A. At this time we do not take custom orders, however we do allow you to make significant
changes to existing designs, such as font colors, design colors and wording. Just
include your requests in the special instructions section located on the enter text
page. If you are a designer and would like to talk to someone about a card idea
please email us at [email protected].
Q. Can I order samples?
A. Yes of course - we would love for you to see our beautiful cardstock. The charge
for a sample pack is $4 and includes 1 5 x 7 card, 1 4.25 x 5.5 card and a fold
over card. Please go to the order sample page to place an order.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payments via our trusted vendor PAYPAL- Visa, Mastercard, Discover
and American Express credit and debit cards.
Q. Can I have a printed proof mailed to me?
A. We don't mail printed proofs but you will receive an online proof within 24 hours
of submitting your order. Here you can review what your card will look like as a
finished product.
